We will be working with dummy cake tiers, this will allow for you to keep the finished design as a display and to use as a point of reference when working on your sugar flower hoop in the future.
How to work with fondant to cover and achieve sharp edges. Make your own hoop with wires, create elegant sugar flowers, two medium peonies and a peony bud, leaves and berries. You will use petal dust to make your work come alive, taping your sugar work (Or choose to make two English roses and a David Austin rose for your hoop). leaves, berries, and mount to the hoop on your covered cake tiers.
Tea and coffee will be served, please bring a packed lunch.
Additional Information – All courses booked with Kamara’s Cakes require a 50% deposit, which is not refundable and non-transferable. Please make sure the dates are suitable and you are required to pay the remaining balance 3 weeks before the class start date.

If a class is cancelled indefinitely by us, then under these circumstances a refund will be issued.
